Can I reset my Billing/Support Area (Client Area) Password?

Lost Client Area Password:

If you have lost your client area password, you can click on 'Request a password reminder' from the Client Area screen, and the password will be emailed to your registered email address.

If you no longer have access to your registered email address: You will need to contact our offices from the corporate website (http://www.ews2.com). Once we have established proper identification, we can reset your Client Area password.

 

Changing Client Area Password:

Log into the Client Area.

Click on the "My Details" tab

Click on the "Change Password" link.
